Tonight with a 5 goal performance, Laurent Coughlan went over the 400 career goal mark. The former National Team forward has a grand total of 402 goals after tonight's game.

The Raiderz organization announced that they will organize a ceremony in his honor before next week's game.

The Raiderz' most fantastic player in club history has just done it again.

With the division title on the line, the final match of season 33 for the Raiderz was the occasion to wipe away all the seasons difficulties, and bring home another championship.

Laurent Coughlan scored the only goal of the game in unfriendly Blood Seekers Arena at the 74th minute, silencing the crowd. Coughlan simply stole the championship away from the Mosquito-farmers with the 345th goal of his illustrious career.

The Raiderz organization enjoys a fourth Division V championship and hopes for an upset next Sunday to merge to Division IV once again. The club has already two Division IV championships in it's history and would be glad to give it another try.

200 Career Goals For Laurent Coughlan.

This Sunday in a 6-1 victory over Bendale Army, Laurent Coughlan scored his 200th goal in career. An honorable plateau in Hattrick.

The 28 year-old phenom has been a full-time player in Canada's National Team for the last three seasons allowing him to add to his goal total.

Canada is currently in a heated battle for second place in their World Cup pool. Coughlan's contribution came at critical moments, as usual. The Raiderz organization is very proud of what they have accomplished with this player.

But Coughlan has still a lot of important games ahead of him this season. With a bit of luck, Canada will advance to the second phase of the current World Cup.

Raiderz own Laurent Coughlan has registered his 150th career goal this week in a victory of the Canadian National Team over Saudi Arabia in the qualifying phase of Hattrick's World Cup.

Coughlan who played his fourth game with Canada's National Team this year is inching closer to the top 100 Canadian scorers. The phenomenal striker is less than 40 goals away from being ranked in the top 100.

Second IV championship in franchise history.

After playing for two seasons in the Canadian III.6 division, the Raiderz were demoted back to the Canadian IV.3 division.

This last season, two surprizing losses to greatly weaker teams that were benefiting of playing at home wasn't enough to keep the team down. The Raiderz creamed the rest of the division and went on to win the division title to an auto-promotion back to Canada III divisions.

Laurent Coughlan, 25 years old, won his 3rd scoring title in career and now has 136 goals in career. His 26 goal season (9 in the Canada cup and 17 in league play) is by far his best season in career.

Coughlan is on pace to rank the top 100 Canada in scoring all time at around 28 years old. The star player is right now the best Canadian striker available for the next World Cup qualifying rounds.

As he has just turned 24 years old, Laurent Coughlan got over a milestone with his 9th career hattrick during this season's third round Canadian Cup match.

With 102 goals this far in his career and with his constant improovements over the seasons, it will become interesting to see where he will rank in the Canadian All-Time scorers list.

The franchise player of the Raiderz, Laurent Coughlan has reached the 80 career goal plateau last week as he registered his 8th career hattrick.

The striker is in his zone of comfort, and at 23 years old, a lot more goals are ahead of him. With the team in Division III.6, his skills will more than ever help the team in this new stage for the franchise.

Both Coughlan and the Raiderz organization wish to step one more step ahead. A qualification into the top 4 of the division will be challenging, but possible.

A quarterfinal in the Canadian Cup could also be a great step ahead for next season.

The Raiderz with a 2-0 victory over TO FC has clinched the first place of Canada's Division IV.12.

A first Division IV title in franchise history. The team held it's current win streak alive, now counting 9 wins in a row while the competition splitted matchups and registered ties allowing the Raiderz to grab the pole.

With only one game to go, the Raiderz have kept a 11-1-1 record.

The Raiderz now has won 5 division championships. With another victory next week, the team will be automatically qualified for a Division III.

Raiderz plays for first place tonight.

The Raiderz will play the most important game in franchise history tonight as they will host Terrace Express at The House of Pain.

With a win or a tie, the Raiderz will have a big shot at the division championship. During the last two weeks, the leading teams in the division all suffered surprizing losses except the Raiderz who are on a seven-game winning streak.

Raiderz 22-year-old star striker, Laurent Coughlan, is tied for first place in scoring in the division. Coughlan now has scored 72 goals in less than six full seasons in career. Snubbed by the canadian National Team coach, Coughlan steadily scores important goals on pace to rank himself into the Top 100 Canada goal scorers. The striker would really help Canada win more games with his scoring talents for the next six or seven seasons.

The Raiderz improoved their previous season finish by one position and finished 5th overall in the Canadian division IV. 12.

The last match of the season was played against half a chromosome at the House of Pain. Rookie striker Don Dutherland scored the only goal of the game at the 78th minute to give The Raiderz a 1-0 win, eliminating the chromosomes from Division IV and back into the V's.

A barrage match to decide if the Raiderz will stay in Division IV will be played tonight at The House of Pain and a landslide in favor of The Raiderz is expected. The opponents are in for a tough one.

Laurent Coughlan will be in uniform tonight and now totals 60 goals in career. Still in his late 21 years old, a bright future is not far away for him. His playing overall skills rank him among the top 10 strikers in Canada right now. The Raiderz will keep on training their most valuable asset for at least the next two full seasons.

A young rookie striker, Don Sutherland, has found a place to play and did very well in his first full season replacing the departed Floyd Cartwright. His training is going well despite an injury suffered early this season. Sutherland, 18 years old, has scored 13 goals in career this far.

The Raiderz attack could soon open some eyes around.

Raiderz improoves midfield.

The Raiderz have sold 28-year-old midfielder Max Seeley for around $1.2M earlier this week with in mind the acquisition of a younger, better midfielder before even playing their next league match.

The Raiderz have chosen Sebastian Cosas of Romania. Cosas, who is still under 23 years old, was acquired after a bid fight with two different romanian teams. The Raiderz had to pay $2.9M to rip this midfielder out of Romanian hands.

If the player was in Romania's plans to make the NT in the future, this plan will come to a screeching halt and affect their midfield depth.

Raiderz lose in round 7.

The Raiderz have tied their best Canada cup run this season as they showed themselves in round 7. This time the opponent were the _Replicants from Division II.1. The match attracted a total of 71265 spectators at The House of Pain, a new stadium record for a single match.

The match itself ended with a 4-1 victory for the _Replicants who continues their march in the cup. The worse news for the Raiderz aside the loss is that 21-year-old striker Laurent Coughlan was mildly injuried during the match. The injury has been immediatly treated and hopefully Coughlan is expected to be able to play next wednesday in an international friendly match.

Coughlan is currently ranked 11th among the Canada strikers' total TSI. His career stats shows 57 goals and 7 hattricks.

Raiderz stay in IV.

The Raiderz have defeated FC Lil 3-1 last sunday in the qualifying match awarded to FC Lil for finishing in first place of their series V division.

Raiderz won the game, a close game due to the general bad form in the Raiderz camp. The main players managed to do just enough to win the game. A new season is about to begin, three new teams flow in the IV 12 division.

We welcome Terrace Express coming from a division III. The general talent skill of this team should insure them first place unless they have financial problems and need to sell off their players. Also the Blue Wizards and Frog FC directly promoted from V. Those last two teams will feel the IV pressure as they could struggle to win many games.

The Raiderz is a mid-rank team and should finish 5th. A quick improovement early in the season to strengten the midfield could bring the team around the 4th or even the 3rd position. One midfielder and one defensemen could make the team a IV contender. Laurent Coughlan will begin his 5th season with the Raiderz. Coughlan has reached 50 goals in official competition at the age of 20 years old.

The Raiderz season has been a bit of a deceptive one as they only managed to place 6th. A 0-0 tie in week 13 with the Stalingrad Tractorists clinched the 6th spot for the team.

Raiderz acquire Yan Coppens.

The Raiderz team's weakness, the wing position has been reinforced with the acquisition of Yan Coppens, a player originally from the Netherlands, for 1 764 000$.

We hope he will help the attack and feed more balls to our talented strikers such as Laurent Coughlan and Floyd Carthwright. Another rejuvenation process has begun and this team is now respectable. The salary situation is now a factor and the fine management is now needed. The team is trying to put the best product on the field as possible without breaking under par financially.

The next season is full of challenges for the management section of the franchise. Some money will come in first with the departure of the obsolete and oldest players first. Some of them have very good experience and 1 or 2 good seasons ahead of them. We will see how much they will bring in and where the salary will stand.

50 goals at 20 years old!

The Raiderz most talented player to ever come from the youth system, Laurent Coughlan, finished his 4th season with a total of 16 goals. His last goal of the season was his 50th career competition goal. At 20 years old, he sure now have reached a plateau that few players can achieve at Hattrick.

His next objective, reach 100 career goals to get closer to a shot at the top 100 goals scorers in Canadian history. Speaking of Canada, the sad elimination of the team in the Hattrick U-20 World cup during the first group phase prevented Coughlan from playing in round 2 of this World cup. Talented-wise, no striker 20 years old and under are better than him in Canada.

Will he have his shot at the Canadian National team? I think he deserves a shot.

After 7 games the youth academy took the 1st place of the CANADA league defeating CHIVAS 6-1 this week. Some players have found their best specialized spot but some are still undecided or not talented enough. More scouting will resume it's work as some kids are only a few months away from being too old for the academy.

Raiderz sell Will Taillon.

One of the last original players still with the Raiderz, winger Will Taillon has been sold for just under $350 000. Now at 29 years old he has slowed the pace and has become obsolete. He managed thru his career to score 47 goals and 1 career hattrick with the Raiderz. Some of his goals were pretty big in some games. A surprizing high ''talent/production'' ratio.

He was picked up probably for his good amount of experience, could become a coach down the road or just retire in a few seasons.

The Raiderz were eliminated today in round 5 of the Canada cup. A Div.III team, Slim Pickins defeated the Raiderz 4-1. Laurent Coughlan scored the only home team goal late in the game.

Laurent Coughlan scored 7 goals in 5 cup matches this season. The 20-year old striker totals 44 goals and 7 hattricks in his career. This is his 4th full season with the Raiderz. The player has the potential to later on in his career reach Canada's top 100 goal scorers of Hattrick.

After starting season 20 with a 0-2 record, The Raiderz have won two games in a row and now rank 5th in Canada IV.12 division. The two new acquisitions did not break anything but they assured a certain level of performance. Midfielder Jackie Moynihan scored a goal in yesterday's 2-0 victory over the TSV Nordrhein Munster.

The Raiderz bought 22-year-old canadian defender Julio Diez for $3000000. The fact that he was canadian made the team buy him. His lower weekly salary is a balance equalizer as now the team will be selling some players thru the next 15 weeks. The only buy in sight is at winger position and it can still wait a few weeks.

The Raiderz acquired some more power at the midfielder position with the acquisition of 22-year-old Jackie Moynihan from Ireland for $2 594 000. His high weekly salary will force the team to sell 28-year old midfielder Max Seeley in a few weeks, as planned.

The Raiderz are looking to buy another player before wednesday's cup round.

No reason to push the panic button yet. The Raiderz are 0-2 after week 2, true but their very weak form is explaining those 2 losses. The bank account is full and some acquisitions are coming soon. The team will solidify the defense, the middle and the wing positions in a matter of days. Every player on the market is screened by the organization.

Hattrick adds an important new option in their worldwide popular game as teams can now operate a youth academy. A stadium is available for the kids, some youth league games and challenges can be sent internationally. The Raiderz opened today their own youth academy. A talent prospect agent and coach has been hired for the job.

On the first week of this new hattrick season (season 20), the Raiderz have picked a young telented player that will fit in the team's training pattern. At 17-years old, Don Sutherland (even his random name is famous) will be the next prospect with real U-20 potential at the striker position among the Raiderz artillery.

Canada fails to qualify.

The Canada U-20 team has been eliminated from the U-20 World Cup in the last pool match versus Finland. Canada finishes 3rd of the pool and does not advance to the 2nd round of the competition.

The best young player of the Raiderz, striker Laurent Coughlan was eligible to play should Canada advance to the 2nd round. It would've been very interesting to see Coughlan in action with the best U-20 players of the world. The team will continue his training, hoping to see him in the Hattrick World Cup someday.

The Raiderz don't have another player to help Canada's U-20 team in the near future.
